Preparing ToRs for the project in
the Competition field in Ukraine

Project Objectives:
1) to prepare the detailed Terms of Reference for envisaged
technical assistance (please see brief description of the directions
for TA in the Annex 1). Standard models of requested documents shall
be used by the Expert and will be provided to him/her by the project
manager.
2) to identify the selection criteria for the short-listing of
applicant companies - the expert is requested to give
recommendations for the pre-selection of the applicant companies to
be admitted into the tendering phase. S/he should indicate the
criteria to be taken into account when establishing the short list.
