To improve the government debt management process by:
- Assisting the MoPF in the implementation of RDMS acquired
under a parallel investment contract, in order to allow an
efficient performing of all range of front, middle and back
office activities;
- Providing training and assistance for an optimal use of the
RDMS in order to reach the specific debt management objectives;
- Developing a debt management strategy including a risk
management strategy.
