In anticipation of new opportunities worldwide and a shift in
emphasis within the EU’s new Neighbourhood & Partnership Instrument
(ENPI) & Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA), Enterprise
International is looking to expand its network of associates to work
on short- & long-term projects in its existing regional and thematic
portfolios as well as expanding into new markets.

Applicants, who will be contacted by our Brussels team & added to
our database must have:
minimum of 5 years demonstrable international / EU development
experience in donor-funded projects as expert or team leader; or
have specific skills in IT management, statistical analysis, or
policy evaluation (which may require less international field
experience)
policy backgrounds in any of our established sectors: integrated
economic development, regional development & Structural Funds;
SME support, technology transfer & innovation; financial
engineering & micro-credit; social inclusion, capacity-building
and community-based programmes; Governance and public sector
reform; sector strategies; HR, education & vocational training;
tourism; trade & investment; macro-economics and public finance.
(We would also be interested in hearing from experts with an
environmental, energy, transport, health and security sector
background)
fluent spoken and written English; fluency in any of: French,
Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian & Turkish as well as other
EU neighbourhood languages and specific country or regional
expertise (notably ENP, Latin America, South Asia and Africa)
are highly desirable.
