north of Manchester. We have a UK offices in London, an
office in Ostrava, Czech Republic, an office in Bucharest,
Romania, one in Budapest, Hungary, an office in Belgrade,
Serbia and we have just opened an office in Nizhniy
Novgorod, Russia.
Budapest Office, Hungary
Enterprise plc’s office is strategically located in the
heart of Budapest. The office services the company’s current
projects and is a platform for developing business.
Ostrava Office, Czech Republic
In September 1999, Enterprise plc opened an office in
Ostrava, Czech Republic. This enables Enterprise plc to have
a permanent presence in the Czech Republic and to build on
its long track record of delivering international donor
funded projects. The office is managed by a Czech national,
Vladimir Vavrecka, who is a specialist in SME development,
marketing management, regional development and strategic
management. Enterprise plc also enjoys a very close and
successful relationship the Business Development Institute,
Ostrava. The Ostrava office has enabled Enterprise plc to
develop its pre-accession strategy and to build on its
experience and reputation which it has built up over the
past few years. This presence has enable Enterprise plc to
be one of the few western consultancies able to successfully
win locally funded projects. Enterprise plc is now
established as a leading name in tourism development in the

Belgrade Office, Serbia
Enterprise plc has recently opened an office in the centre
of Belgrade which deals with the company’s activities in the
Former Yugoslavia.
Bucharest Office, Romania
In 2002, Enterprise plc opened an office in Bucharest to
support its project activities within Romania and to develop
new business throughout the country. The office is managed
by Viorel Nitu, a Financial Consultant and SME specialist.
Viorel has access to a large network of expertise for donor
funded projects.
Nizhniy Novgorod Office, Russia
As part of Enterprise plc’s expanding activities in Eastern
Europe, we have opened an office in the Central Russian City
of Nizhniy Novgorod.
